Favorite Quilting Tools
Last night I was working on goals #1 and #5, and I started thinking about what is my favorite quilting tool. My rotary cutter?? My cutting mat? I think my most USED tool is my scissors on a retractable leash that clips to my shirt! I have worn out two of them, and now keep a few extra on hand because it is inconvenient when I don't have one! I keep one with my handwork, and one in a basket on my long arm table. I love all my quilting tools, but that little leash that retracts my thread cutting scissors, well, she is a handy little thing! What is your most favorite tool?

My favorite tools are my thread snips and my clover mini iron. I love the snips for trimming off thread tails at the sewing machine and the mini iron for prepping applique pieces.
The two tools I have next to my sewing machine always are thread snips and a seam ripper. Besides frogging, my seam ripper works well as a little tool to push things along under the presser foot or keep things in line.
I will have to look into that retractable scissors holder.
My fav tool are my scissors I keep by my sewing machine. Good Job on working towards completing your goals! Where did you get your retractable 'thingie'?...think I need one to accesorize Valerie!
My favorite tools are my walking feet, all four of them are awesome and so useful for each intended purpose. I don't know how I sewed without them!
I would have to say ripper but not for ripping. I use it instead of pinning.
