Sunday Stash Report
Well, I did buy fabric this week, I felt much better after that! I bought 10 yards, but I used 9.5 yds. What--well, you will find out later! teehee! So that puts me in the hole at -7.5yds for the year.
It has rained BUCKETS at home this week. Monday-Thursday we had 2 inches, and last night it rained 3 inches! I don't think Ken will need to water my garden or flowers while I am gone. Everything is very lush and green.
No sewing, I did fondle my stash while I was home, but no finishes. My time was taken up by car shopping, insurance paperwork, and laundry.
I should be sending out my mailing on Monday, so those of you who sent me your address, be watching your mailbox! It's fun to stop at my mailbox, I even get JUNK mail. Mostly I check the grocery coupons and read all the ads. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer, I am hoping life slows down and I can start enjoying it too!

Can hardly wait to *see* how you used 9.5/10 yards so fast! and with no sewing...it's a mystery :)
Isn't rain nice? everything grows so pretty when the right amount of rain arrives :)
you better add in all that stuff I sent you! hahahaha!!
;-)
and WHAT are you working on??
Well, we've had a week with no rain, so feel free to divert it down here! I have to come home from work in the mornings and water the garden and especially the containers or they wilt quickly in this heat!
You've got my attention...how did you use 9.5 yards up without doing any sewing? Did you send it to me?!?! LOL
We need rain! Last night, there was thunder and lightning for hours, but not one drop of rain all night (well, maybe there was a drop somewhere, but not anywhere I checked!) Good job busting some fabric!
Glad that someone is getting rain! Fondling stash is a good thing. You're using as fast as you're buying. That's good!

I think our hot and rainy weather here in SD has left us. Today and yesterday have been wonderful with out the humidity. Waiting to see how you used that fabric.
What a tease!! I can't wait to see what you used the 9.5 yards so quickly for. A quilt backing maybe???
I completely understand about the water logging you've been getting. Here in upstate NY, we've had rain pretty much every day for the past 3 weeks. Our plants are actually starting to die because they are so water-logged and there's nothing we can do about it but hope for some sun and hot days to dry things out.
Enjoy the new fabrics!!
