Camping season will be winding down. Over Labor Day the kids came to visit. They have grown so much.

9th, 6th, and 3rd grade. Mason is taking drivers ed. Rocky is the family dog--
Rocky is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, tall enough he can look on my kitchen counters and weighs 137#. He is a laid back dog, give him a blanket on the floor and he's happy.
Because I miss sewing I shopped. Ordered three jelly rolls and each one qualified for 8 free assorted FQs. I am thinking of a quilt using lighter pastels with a darker background--probably a Irish Chain type quilt. I love scrappy quilts so random FQs can be used.
We've gone from 103F to 68F. Overcast with a few rain sprinkles. My flowers were wind whipped and baked, they are a little tattered. Its getting to be fall. Lori1R at the Campground Workhouse

oh MY! How your grands have grown!
You have very handsome grandsons! My oldest niece had a Rhodesian Ridgeback years ago when she was still active duty army. He was trained to carry medical supplies for her in a combat zone. He was big and scary looking but very sweet and calm.
