As expensive as fabric is these days, it's wise to take advantage of any opportunity to get fabric at a reduced price.

Have you ever been shopping when "EVERYONE" has a coupon? The cutting line is really long, carts are so full, and the customers seem to be more impatient than I would have imagined since they ARE SAVING money. lol
